I built this series around pure shape and shadow. I built this series around pure shape and shadow. The light draws a path across her body. It reveals each curve, then pulls it back into darkness. The droplets on her skin catch the highlights. The silhouette stays sharp. Every frame shows a different angle of tension and rest. The long lines. The quiet stillness. The shift of breath. I kept thinking of a quote from Edward Weston. He said, “To see the thing itself is essential.” These images follow that idea. Nothing added, nothing distracted. Just light, form, and presence.
